Fast Mortgage Loan Approval, FastMLA.com, was founded in 2003.  This website was originally created to help connect people to the best mortgage rates by having many mortgage lenders compete for future and current homeowners' mortgage.  We found that people did not like receiving phone calls from many individuals from dozens of brokerages and banks.  We adapted and our current business model is based on education with a personal touch.  In our experience,  mortgage seekers would rather deal with 1 highly qualified mortgage broker that can coach them through the process and search lenders at the same time.
